You must hold a valid type 01, 02, 07 or 08 FFL in order to become a dealer for lowers or RIFLES.
There are no minimum order requirements for FFL Dealers.
Dealers that do not have FFLs and need to submit their business license. Business License is valid for the sale of uppers, parts, and kits ONLY.
